She is survived by: her husband Dan Thomas; her daughters, Kim Hampton (Steve) of Texarkana and Kathy Perkins (Jerry) of Hooks, Texas; and her grandchildren, Miranda Jolly, Morgan Perkins, Sidney Perkins, Ethan Perkins, Amber Perry and Shaun Hampton. She is also survived by five great grandchildren; and numerous other friends and relatives.
