She was predeceased by: her parents, Will Adams and Laura Adams (Noles); her siblings, Earnest Freeman Adams and Mildred Wilson; and her daughter Ruby Diane Treadway.

She is survived by: her son Billy Gene Treadway; and her wives, Barbara of Linden and Mary of Doddridge. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren; and numerous great great grandchildren.
