He is survived by: his wife Joyce Garland of Wake Village, Texas; his daughters, Debbie Jones (Sam) of Colorado and Cindy Garland of Colorado; his son-in-law Mark Taylor of Rochester; his stepchildren, Teresa White of Colorado, Sue Budhscher (Bob) of Colorado and Jimmy Gumm (Sara) of Harvey, Louisiana; his half-sister Maxine Folk of Holyrood, Kansas; and his close friend Jeff Suss (Mary Lou) of Tomball, Texas. He is also survived by two nephews, two nieces; and several grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
