She is survived by: her husband Larry "Shorty" Patterson; her sons, Patrick Welch, William Welch (Christy) and Mark Neal; her stepchildren, Kenneth Patterson (Melissa), Melissa Sprayberry (Justin), Jerry Ann Duke (Raymond) and Stephanie Means (Tony); her siblings, Carl Spencer (Mary), Mary Alvis and Judy Eckbretch; her grandchildren, James Ray Welch, Danielle Welch, Destiny Welch (Eric Brown), Kelly Yepez and Alicia Neal; her great grandchildren, Brooklynn, Caden, Emmersin, Luca, Korbin, Asher, Marley, Wyatt, Bailey, Kasey and Abby; and her nieces, Betty Simmons and Crystal Spencer. She is also survived by step grandchildren and great grandchildren and other family and friends.
