He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Bloodworth and Lillie Pearl Bloodworth; and his brother Royce Bloodworth. He is survived by: his son David Bloodworth of Idalou, Texas; his sister Joyce Sneed (Tommy) of Amarillo, Texas; his grandchildren, Jamie Lynn Cook (Caleb), Sara Montañez (Eli), Daniel Bloodworth and Rachel Bloodworth; his great grandchildren, Greyson Montañez and Allison Montañez; his sister-in-law Sybil Woods (Don); his nieces and nephews, Scott Bloodworth (Colleen), Rex Bloodworth (Danielle), Breck Sneed (Kristi), Shree West (Dee), Darla Beller (Waylon) and Tammy Boston (Calvin); and his friend Roy Ivins.
