He is survived by: his wife Maria Antionette Miller (Stiger) of Queen City, TX; his daughter Angie Marie Miller of Texarkana, TX; and his siblings, Richard Lynch Miller (Anita) of Atlanta, TX, Jackie Wells Miller (Carla) of Aurora, CO, Melanie Dell Eaves (Charles) of Texarkana, TX and Theresa Faye Surratt (Randy) of Linden, TX. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.
