G. and Daisy Coats; his brother Bruce Wetzel; his grandson Cody Jackson; his wife Martha Cherry Coats of Atlanta, Texas; his children, Diane Jackson (Briane) of Atlanta, Texas and Don Coats, Jr. (Susan) of Atlanta, Texas; his siblings, Dean Wetzel of Bismarck, Jane Blizzard of Atlanta, Judy Combs of Dallas, Jerrie Russell of San Augustine, Beverly Gietzen of Bismark, Rosemary Hertz of Bismark and Diane Wetzel of Bismark; his grandchildren, Nolan Jackson, Amanda Jackson Britt, Steven Coats, Bradley Jackson and Breanne Jackson Brown; and his great grandchildren, Katelynn Farmer, Allie Jackson, Gary Coats, Brooklynn Holland, Brody Jackson, Memphis Hoskins, Kathryn Coats, Addison Jackson and Olivia Jackson. He was also cherished by cousins, nephews, nieces, and other relatives.
