He was predeceased by: his parents, Willard Hise "Buddy" Crenshaw Jr. and Peggy Ann (Harden). He is survived by: his siblings, Willard Hise "Willie" Crenshaw III and Penny Crenshaw of Nashville; and his sister-in-law Devon Crenshaw of Elmo. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
