He is survived by: his mother Mary Parker Cook of Atlanta, Texas; his wife Patty Cook of Atlanta, Texas; his sons, James Cook of Atlanta, Brandon Jager of Houston, John Jager (Angela) of Atlanta and Steven Jager (Amanda) of Houston, Texas; and his sister Marilyn Waldon (Johnny) of Marietta, Texas. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; and a number of nieces and other relatives.
