She was predeceased by: her father Willie George Fomby, Sr.. She is survived by: her husband James Fields; her children, DeMichael DeShawn Dawson (Samone), JaCorian Fields, Ashala Fields, Jasmine Fields Lawson (Altravion) and Janeisha Fields; her siblings, Willie George Fomby, Jr., Raymon Fomby, Anthony Fomby (Katiza), Bonnie Fomby Johnson, Pamela Fomby Elliott (Alvin), Eundrea Fomby West and Lashonda Fomby-Waters (Marcus); her grandchildren, Ta'Neya Dawson, KaShayla Dawson, Dakota Dawson, Amira Lawson, Ava Lawson, Andy Lawson, Lazaviar Smith and Landon Smith; her mother Lutricia Fomby-Peters; her mother-in-law Arnita Fields; and her siblings-in-law, Theretha Johnson (Tony) and John Malcolm Fields (Ann). She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.
