He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Harp and Doris Starrett Harp. He is survived by: the mother of his children Paula Harp of Atlanta, Texas; his children, Holly Kelton (Ryon) of Atlanta, Hannah Ross (Nick) of Atlanta Texas and Micah Harp (Amanda) of Texarkana, Texas; his siblings, Donna Head (David) of Atlanta, Texas and Dennis Harp of Atlanta, Texas; and his grandchildren, Duncan Kelton, Lucy Kate Kelton, Gabe Kelton, Rett Kelton, Max Ross, Annabelle Harp, Sadie Harp and Caroline Harp.
