He was predeceased by: his parents, William Harper and Julia Harper; his former wives, Gloria Jean Deloy Harper and Delois Roe Harper; and his son Ronald Alan Harper.
He is survived by: his son Robert Harper (Pam) of Duncan, Oklahoma; and his granddaughters, Joni Ann Linbloom of Fort Worth and Tiffany Sue Vanderslice of Tulsa, Oklahoma.
