With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Clydell Tullis Brooks of Atlanta, Texas, born in Hope, Arkansas, who passed away on May 23, 2023 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde Tullis and Juanita Hoover Tullis; and her siblings, Randall Tullis and Vernita Tullis Adams. She is survived by: her children, Jerri Moses (Jay), James Taylor (Marlene), J. J. Taylor and Donald Brooks Jr. (Stacy); and her grandchildren, Zac McNiel (Ashlee), Kacey Barrington (Brandon), Eric McNiel, James Taylor, Dolan Moses-Morse (Chris), Brady Moses, Trevor Moses, Carson Clydell Taylor, Meagan Weaver (Alex), Cash Moses (Jamie) and Kelsey Taylor. She is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren.
