She is survived by: her children, Patrick Blaylock (Tiffany), Derrick Blaylock (Kristen) and Ashley Byrd; and her sister Mary Kelly (Jimmy). She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 1 great-grandchild and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
