He is survived by: his children, Donna Gouze of Peoria, Shelli Littleton (Brian) of Royse City and Chris Fomby of Poetry, Texas; his brother Ken Fomby of Doddridge, Arkansas; and his stepchildren, Cherie Jones (Scott) of Winona, Clay Gabbard of Wills Point, Troy Gabbard of Flint, Teresa Williams of Frankston and Clint Gabbard (Kelly) of Lindale, Texas.
