He is survived by: his children, Stacy Hilliard, Steve Hilliard, Troy Hilliard, Rusty Hilliard, Randy Hilliard and Sally Nellis; his grandsons, Charlie Bill Dillard and Perry Joe Dillard; and his friend Mona Adams.
