He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Flippo and Johnnie Flippo; his wife Marsha Flippo; and his siblings, Barbara Duncan and James Homer Kirkland.
He is survived by: his daughter Kristal Beene (Jason) of Seguin, Texas; his siblings, Ernest Flippo (Dona) of Heber Springs, Arkansas and Mary Jo Norvell of Huntsville, Texas; his granddaughter Tatum Anne Beene; and his close friends, Walter Lipp, Linda Killian and Chris Bynum.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Hanner Funeral Service (103 W Main St, Atlanta, TX 75551). A funeral service was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location.
