He is survived by: his siblings, Damien, Emily and Daniel Bourg of Atlanta, Texas; his grandparents, Betty Jo Lewis of Avinger, Texas, Ted Boudreaux, Mary Dubois of Louisiana, Glenda, Bobby Sepulveda and Poppy of Atlanta, Texas; his aunts and uncles, George Lewis Jr. (Edith Lewis), Mary Bobbitt of Kildare, Zachary (Brooke Bourg), Joshua (Amber Bourg), Melissa of Texarkana, Chris Weeks of Texarkana, Josh Sepulveda of Texarkana and Taylor Smith of Texarkana; and his cousins, Austin Young, Christina Sepulveda, Justin Weeks of Texarkana, Landyn Callais of Louisiana, Leighla of Louisiana, Lucas of Louisiana, Allie of Louisiana and Khloe Bourg of Louisiana. He is also survived by many friends and classmates.
