He is survived by: his wife Sherrie Cook (Kyles) of Atlanta; his daughter Shantel Kyles; and his siblings, Clarence Cook, Leonard Cook, Reese Cook (Arelious), Ethel Neal of Shiloh, Sandra Wilson of Shiloh and Darlene Cook of Shiloh.
