He was predeceased by: his mother Arthalia James (Walker). He is survived by: his father Elmer Childs (Pearl); his daughter Courtney Childs; and his siblings, Terence James (Shirl) of Queen City, TX, Eskew Childs, Cynthia Childs-Marshall of California, Pamela Ingram of California and Lowanna Biship-Newell of California. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
