She was predeceased by: her parents, Rubye Shine and Jess Stewart; her husband Joel W Harper; her sisters, Lillie Stewart and Frances Cowan; and her grandchildren, Sabian Harper and Shava Harper.
She is survived by: her children, Dan Harper (Ashu) of San Diego, Mary Lou Pemberton (Richard) of Atlanta and Don Harper (Kim) of Texarkana, Texas; and her sister Clara Westbrook of Shreveport, Louisiana. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren; and a number of special friends and relatives.
