He was predeceased by: his parents, Wesley Milligan and Florence Milligan; and his daughter Christie Milligan Beard. He is survived by: his wife Linda Milligan of Atlanta, Texas; his children, Michael Milligan (Lisa) of Bivins, Will Hartzo of Oregon, Andrew Hartzo (Kelly) of Vivian, Clint Hartzo (Jamie) of Atlanta, Texas, Leeann Small (Toby) of Gatesville and Alicia Roberts of Texarkana, Texas; his brother Lesley Milligan (Judy) of Atlanta, Texas; and his grandchildren, Kimberley Putney, Travis Milligan, Tristan Beard, Austin Beard, Ty Hoffman, Haley Hoffman, Amber Hartzo, Andrew Hartzo, Casey Roberts, Ashlynn Hartzo and Madi Hartzo. He is also survived by three great-grandchildren; and a number of other relatives.
