He is survived by: his wife Fayrene Herrington; his children, Robert Chambers (Michelle), Roy Chambers (Janice), Cheryl Tannehill (Tim) and Stephanie Ballard (Zane); and his siblings, John Chambers (Debbie) and Doris Mann. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren along with numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
