She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Rich Cowan and Dita Cowan; her close friend Wyndel Tackett; her daughter Loretta Kay Watkins (Lorie) of Ravenna; her daughter-in-law Kalene Glass Tackett of Plano; her grandchildren, Brandi Wisinger (Tackett) of Plano and Joshua Lee Tackett (Josh) of Athens; her sons, Steve Tackett (DiAnn) of LaRue and Lee Tackett (Kim) of Athens; and her son-in-law Tommy Watkins of Ravenna. She was also cherished by 4 children, Willetta worked various jobs; a bookkeeper for family businesses, Tax Collector for LaPoynor School District, and perhaps her most beloved job, that as a Rancher's Wife.
