With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Walter Conrad Clark of Athens, Texas, who passed away on October 24, 2021 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Martin and Myrtle Eldyss Clark; and his former wife Hazel Clark. He is survived by: his son Conrad; his wife Fran White Clark; his children, Rodney Clark, Rhonda Clark of Buffalo, Robin Gamble (Mike) of Harper, Thelma Griffin (Guy) of Athens, Gary Tingle of Bedford, David Tingle (Sherry) of Eldorado, Arkansas and Linda Stephens (Ray) of Athens; and his close friend Sadie. He is also survived by seventeen grandchildren, thirty great-grandchildren, one great-great grandson.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Eastern Hills Church of Christ, Athens, Texas, Building Fund.
