He was predeceased by: his parents, William Tommy Jackson and Ruby Irene Jackson (Hopkins); his wife Nelda Jackson; and his brother William Venera Jackson. He is survived by: his children, Jeff Jackson (Carla) of Athens and Kim Scarborough (Chuck) of Athens; his brothers, A. C. "Sparky" Jackson (Joyce) of Fairfield and Denzil Jackson (Carolyn) of Weatherford; and his grandchildren, Jessica Herring (Braden), Cade Jackson (Lisa), Ethan Jackson, Caryn Oglevie (Grant), Brandon Emerine, Leia Keele (Hagen), Crissie Dow (Mike) and Alan Scarborough (Hannah). He is also survived by thirteen great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
