She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter Willis Biggs and Lillian Biggs (Herron); her husband Shannon Francis; and her daughter Molly Francis Foster. She is survived by: her son Bob Francis (Joan) of Bullard; her great grandchildren, Bella, Layla and Calla Francis; her brother John Biggs; and her friend Eloisa Robles.

In lieu of flowers the family would suggest donations be made in her memory to the Hospice of East Texas or the Alzheimer's Alliance of Smith County.
