She was predeceased by: her daughter Linda Leija Huffaker. She is survived by: her husband Roy R. Leija; and her children, Kathy Sowards (Robert), Tina Leija Darne, Andy Darne, Brenda Leija, Gilbert Leija and Jimmy Leija. She is also survived by children and 3 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests a donation be made in Sophia's honor to The American Heart Association or Holy Cross Greek Orthodox Church.
