She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Leon Gunnels (Mann) and Frances Lorene Whitley Gunnels; her son James Featherston; and her brother Ronald Gunnels. She is survived by: her husband Larry Featherston of Brownsboro; her siblings, Wayne Gunnels (Sue) of Kaufman, Ann Tarkington (Adell) of Fruitville, Ferris Gunnels (Kellie) of Kemp and Justin Gunnels of Athens; her stepson Ryan Vargas (Leslie) of Grand Prairie; and her nieces and nephews, Lynn, Jennifer Graves and Joshua. She is also survived by numerous other nieces, nephews.
