Roddy Morgan Waites Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Roddy Morgan Waites in Athens, Texas, who passed away on March 21, 2023 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Stacey Coy Waites and Opal Martin Waites; his wife Linda Waites; his daughters, Kimberly Waites and Kadett Waites; his stepchildren, Susan Toney (Thomas), Shawn Ottaberry (Lisa) and James W. Ottaberry; his grandchildren, Kelton Gerald, Ty Ottaberry, Kason Newport (Brianna), Justin Toney (Samantha), Kandice Gerald, Baily Ottaberry (Eric), Kammie Hogard and Erin Gordon; his great grandchildren, Bo Owen Tabraham, Wrenley Gordon and Beau Gordon; and his sister Lana Kaye Waites Hubbard (Dwight). He was also cherished by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
