He is survived by: his wife Wanda Cincar of Athens; his sons, Robert Cincar, Jr. (Cissi) of Athens and Mark Cincar (Lori) of Lindale; his siblings, Michael Cincar (Jinny) and Anna Pillik (Charles); and his grandchildren, Morgan, Jonathan Stutts, Kylie Cincar, Balee Stutts, Layne Stutts, Brynnlie Stutts, Jeremy Yarbrough (Kristen), Natasha Wilson (Ric) and Andy Yarbrough (Ashley). He is also survived by numerous great grandchildren, and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
