He was predeceased by: his father John Daniel. He is survived by: his mother Jenny Mae Hawkins; his father-in-law Charles of Bluffton; his brother Michael Hawkins (Leslie) of Bedford, Texas; and his nephew Patrick Hawkins. He is also survived by His Grandma, Aunts, Uncles, and Cousins.
