He was predeceased by: his parents, Thompson "Tom" Theodore and Loraine Tubbs Garrard; and his brother Dr. Thomas Lee Garrard. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Davis Garrard; his children, Toni Garrard Clay (Roy) of Athens, Christy Garrard Cornum (Tony) of Crossroads, Texas and Samuel Cleve Garrard (Brittany) of Whitehouse, Texas; and his grandchildren, Madeline, Connor Clay, Tristan, Lucan Cornum, Ryder and Knox Garrard. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
