He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Joseph Foster and Peggy Foster (Downing); his stepmother Anna Foster; his mother-in-law Carolyn Craig; and his brother Jamie Bula.
He is survived by: his wife Sherry Foster of Athens; his children, Joey Foster (Brooke) of Waynesboro, Josh Foster of Nashville and Marissa Hopper (Ryan) of Athens; his siblings, Tony Bula (Judy) of Memphis, Nancy Bula of Memphis, Melanie Parsons (Cabbot) of New York, Marla Neely of Conroe and Micki Patras of Conroe; his grandson Jace Foster; his father-in-law Kenneth Craig; his siblings-in-law, Kenny Craig, Lisa Craig and Jennifer Godwin (Dusty); and his children, Buzz, Bella, Bob, Felix and Cheddar Foster. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins.
In lieu of flowers the family has asked that donations be made in his honor to the Henderson County Humane Society.
