He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Cech and Bessie Marie Kvapil Cech; and his sisters, Jean Vrana and Lydia Clifton. He is survived by: his children, Lisa Marie Sharp (Dirk), Lori Lynn Gregg (Clint), Jason Richard Cech (Leslie), Correy Hemphill (Leslie), Steven Hemphill (Lindsey) and Daniel Hemphill (Jill); and his sister Joann Eubanks. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Autry's Carroll-Lehr Funeral Home (1910 E Tyler St, Athens, TX 75751). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
