He was predeceased by: his mother Linda Speake Weaver; and also Aunt Rebecca Nadine Speake. He is survived by: his father Vernon Weaver; his daughters, Ashlee Weaver, Brandalyn Weaver, Tiffney Weaver and Brittney Weaver; his brother Dennis Weaver (Jane Hyde Weaver); his grandchildren, Isaac Weaver and Addison Pate; and his nephews, Justin Weaver, Patrick Hyde and Derrick Peterson.
