She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Wilson and Anna Belle Wilson (Troublefield); her husband Max "Jake" O'Neal; and her daughters, Gail O'Neal and Peggy O'Neal.

She is survived by: her son James O'Neal of Athens; her siblings, Anette Trammell of Athens, Betty Hollowell of Athens, Nancy Smith of Athens and Jerry Wilson (Pat) of Dallas; her grandchildren, Justin O'Neal (Jillian) of Magnolia and Ashley McDonald (Gregory) of Athens; and her great grandchildren, Tristan O'Neal, Kylie O'Neal, Preston O'Neal, Elijah McDonald and Wyatt McDonald.
