She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie Joe Hooten and Verda Pauline Hudson (Traylor); her sister Iris Kay Wirz; and her nephews, Gary Hooten and Horace Harold Denton III.
She is survived by: her daughter Donna Holden of Athens; her granddaughter Lora Kay Heerdt (Peter) of Uppsala, Sweden; her brother Richard Hooten (Dorothy) of Klondike; her grandchildren, Ginny Hammond and Ronnie Gutierrez (Victor); her great grandchildren, Bayli Morgan (Steven), Dalton Hammond, Mason Hammond and Paulina Heerdt; her great great grandchildren, Addison Morgan and Remmington Morgan; her aunt Elaine; and her uncle Fred Martin.
