She was predeceased by: her parents, Luther Garner and Annie Laura Garner (Davis); her husband Ednel Locke; her siblings, Teddy Roosevelt Garner and Norma Jean Allen; her children, Darrell Allen and Lucretia Steagall; and her great grandchild Kinzley Ramirez.
She is survived by: her daughters, Byron Ramirez (Sammy Sr.) of Athens and Johnnie Allen (Steve) of Athens; her children-in-law, Lisa Allen of Larue and Thomas Steagall of Corsicana; her grandchildren, Blaine Allen (Candace), Marissa Hamilton (Jim), Sammy Ramirez Jr. (Chasity), Jenifer Walker (Tyler), Cody Ramirez (Haley) and Bret Allen; and her great grandchildren, Beckham Allen, Genevieve Allen, James Hamilton, Hayes Hamilton, Penelope Hamilton, Rylan Ramirez, Karson Ramirez and Callie Ramirez.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to an organization supporting Alzheimer's research.
