He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl L. McCaskill and Georgia McCaskill (Cowgill); and his brothers, Bill McCaskill and Bobby McCaskill. He is survived by: his wife Pat McCaskill of Athens; his children, Delana Radford (Dennis) of Garland and Brad McCaskill (Lisa) of Mabank; his brother-in-law Melvin Turner; his grandchildren, Michael Radford (Victoria), Autumn Weatherford (Chris) and Garrett McCaskill; and his great grandchildren, Carson Weatherford and Faith Weatherford. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
