She was predeceased by: her parents, John Schmitt and Elizabeth Schmitt (Kinney); her husband Jerry Waddell; and her grandson Michael Artuyo. She is survived by: her children, Karen Artuyo (Duke) of Dunedin, Janice Ervin of St. Petersburg, Christine Lunford of Dunedin and Robert Walker of Kennewick, Washington; her siblings, John Schmitt of Maryland, Veronica Gerum (Charles) of Pennsylvania, Rita McGrath (Richard) of New York, Elizabeth Schmitt of New York and Paul Schmitt (Nancy) of Utah; and her grandchildren, Dana Scott (Lee), Justine Hull (Luis), Nicholas Rosario, Ronny Ervin, Christopher Ervin, Casandra Lara, John Artuyo, Kenneth Lunford, Derek Walker, Chase Walker and Ciarra Scott. She is also survived by numerous great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Edward's Catholic Church or United Way of Henderson County.
