It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Lou Tucker of Athens, Texas, born in Canyon, Texas, who passed away on March 17, 2023, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Reuben E. Rogers and Ada Lorene Rogers (Moore); her husband William Walter "Buster" Tucker; her siblings, William Rogers, Joe Lee Rogers, Floyd Rogers and Betty Blasingame; and her son Jeffrey Tucker.
She is survived by: her children, Doug Tucker (Cindy) of Athens and Charlie Tucker (Jennifer) of Beckville; her brother Don Rogers of Victoria; her sister-in-law Peggy Rogers of Amarillo; and her grandchildren, Amber Calloway (Chris), Taylor Rambo (Preston), Tori Tucker, Tiara Harris (Christian), Tobi Tucker, Luke Jackson, Tucker Jackson, Brittany Tucker, Shelby Tucker, Megan Tucker, Brianna Gunnels (Robby), Kody McClelland (Makale) and David McClelland (Valerie). She is also survived by 23 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
