With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Margaret Myers (Athens, Texas), born in Palestine, Texas, who passed away on October 12, 2019 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Elton Philip Myers; and her siblings, Melza Woodard and Col. N. D. Thurman, Jr.. She is survived by: her daughters, Michele Myers Martin (Roy) and Sharon Myers Davis; her grandchildren, Dana Davis McCormick (Jon), James Hull (Tara), Darby Davis, Jay Martin (Tanie) and Katie Martin Jennings (Garrett); her great grandchildren, Travis McCormick, Philip Martin, Ashlynn Hull, Jason Martin, Addison Jennings and Wayne Jennings; and her nephews, Barry, Chris, Steve and David Thurman.
