She was predeceased by: her parent Deanie Victoria Kitchens (Hughes); her husband Harley Donald Howeth; her parent Seaborn Kitchens; and her siblings, Joyce Baker (Kitchens) and Joe B. Kitchens.

She is survived by: her sister Lynda Echols Cole; her niece Tenna Underhill; and her nephew Jason Echols (Jodi). She is also survived by great nieces, nephews and close friends.
