She was predeceased by: her parents, Marion Dewitt Garner and Jessie Truheart Garner (Wilson); her sons, Johnny Lee Cowan and Marion David Cowan; her grandsons, Robert Kurt Burnett and Stewart Allan Cowan; and her siblings, Roy Dewitt Garner, Cletus Cordell Garner, Clinton Ray Garner and Virginia Ellen Binger.
She is survived by: her daughters, Carolyn Jean Werner (Craig) and Marilyn June Landers (Mike); her grandchildren, Steven Lynn Cowan, Shana Standridge (Eric), Jessica Pontello (Jacob), Tammy Combs, David Burnett (Sarah), Michael Cowan (Julie), Amanda Bostic, Candace Cowan, JP Cowan, Delanie Cowan, Allissa Rollins (Conley) and Haley Kinsey (Matt); and her siblings, Bonnie Oliver, Wanda James, Audrey Comstock and Nolan Garner (Norma). She is also survived by twenty-three Great-Grandchildren with one on the way, seven Great-Great-Grandchildren.
