He was predeceased by: his parents, Jose Pizana and Angelita Pizana; and his siblings, David and Lidia. He is survived by: his children, Nina, Eloy, Orfalinda, Noel and Marcus; his children-in-law, Kim, Maria, Pepe and Casey; and also Connie. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren, two great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
