He is survived by: his wife Yvonne Noel; his sons, John Leland (Gloria Noel) and James Lynn (Bethan Noel); his brother Norman Gene Noel; his grandchildren, Jay Noel, Victoria Monteiro, Matthew Monteiro, Melissa Monteiro and Anthony DeSanto; his great grandchildren, Mikayla Heimbigner, Nathaniel Heimbigner, Evan Monteiro, Alyssa Monteiro, Joshua Monteiro, Silas DeSanto, Atley DeSanto, Deshae Coleman and Destinee Coleman; and his great great grandchild Jamar Draper.
