He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Leon Dandois of Pennsylvania and Susanna Faith McKerihan of Pennsylvania; and his siblings, G. F. Dandois, Helen Symons and Faith Miller.
He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Ann Whitesides; and his children, Nola Susanna Pike, John M. Dandois Jr. and Marie Annette Brown. He is also survived by his children, he has 6 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
