He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Leech and Agnus Vorpagel Leech; his brothers, Roger Clarence Leech, Kent Allen Leech and Terry Warren Leech; his daughter Kayla Leech; and his grandson Eli Leech.
He is survived by: his wife Serena Gay Leech; his children, John Steven Leech Jr., Carla Collins, Phillip Edward Leech, Curtis Wayne Leech and Kevin Dakota Leech; and his siblings, Daniel Wayne Leech, Paula Jean Stradley and Robbie Jo Porter-Bell. He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
