He is survived by: his mother June Echols (Brown); his children, Robby Bandy and Sarah Bandy Shultz (Brent); his grandchildren, Zaylee Bandy and Karter Shultz; his brothers, Robert Bandy (Bobbette) and Richard Bandy (Melissa); his stepmother Karon Bandy; his niece Jill Barragan (Mark); his great-nieces, Olivia and Charli Barragan; and his great-nephew Kaiden Torti.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital in Russell's name.
